I am a PhD student at Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Before that, I received my BEng degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Southeast University. I am currently a visiting PhD student in BLENDER LAB@UIUC, under the supervision of Professor Heng Ji.

Research

I have broad interests in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computational Social Science. Especially, I focus on the following directions:

• Dynamic natural language understanding (e.g., temporal adaptation). I am interested in exploring temporal adaptation methods for language models facing evolving environments over time.
• I am recently focusing on how to effectively and efficiently acquire real-world knowledge to equip large language models in temporally evolving environments.
